GCC Board Directors Remuneration Survey

GCC Board Directors Remuneration Survey

The GCC BDI invites you to take part in the region’s first board directors’ remuneration survey

“This survey will enable participating companies to more effectively structure board directors’ remuneration and ensure alignment to current market practices and regulations.”

The GCC BDI, in collaboration with Heidrick and Struggles, is pleased to invite your organisation to participate in our survey on regional board directors’ remuneration.

This survey is designed to provide you with a detailed analysis of board directors’ pay and board composition across a wide range of companies in the Gulf. The survey report will also provide you with an exclusive benchmark and comparison of the latest international trends in directors’ pay practices.

Our research to date has clearly shown that directors’ responsibilities have significantly increased as they become more engaged in critical corporate governance issues. This survey will enable participating companies to more effectively structure board directors’ remuneration and ensure alignment to current market practices and regulations.

If you would like to participate in this survey, please complete and return to us the attached order form as soon as possible.

Data will be collected through the use of questionnaires, to be completed by participating organizations by 30 December 2016, supported by Heidrick and Struggles consultants. Your comprehensive report along with a confidential customized comparative analysis will be launched by end of January 2017.

The cost of the survey is US$2,000 per participating organization.  Groups of companies participating as one entity will be charged the US$2,000 entry fee plus an additional US$500 for each subsidiary company report required.

Upon completion of the survey, you will be invited to attend a free presentation highlighting some of the key findings of the report.
