OVERVIEW:
The Foundations of Directorship is a 2-day workshop which deals with contemporary issues and challenges that typically face GCC boards today. Through discussions and pragmatic experience-sharing, facilitators and participants explore and analyse potential solutions, tools and effective practices.
OBJECTIVES:
The workshop addresses two of the primary objectives of the GCC Board Director Institute:
To help build board member effectiveness and capabilities through the sharing of best practices and experiences;
To create a regional network of board members by providing venues and opportunities to network between regional board members, professional advisors and senior executives.
